We’re asking people to register no later than May 1st. If you need more time for recruitment than that, let us know — but we’d need firm numbers no later than late May/very early June so that we can let service sites know, make sure we have appropriate transportation, etc.
Cost: We’re making a suggested donation of $30/day per kid to cover food and the activity costs. If this is a barrier for your youth, let us know if you can cover them, OR talk to us and we can see where the three of us are on our budgets — we want this to be accessible.
Safe Church adults: We’d LOVE to have youth from any of your churches. If you end up with young people coming, please send a Safe Church adult with every 3 kids who you’re sending so we can make sure we have enough adult hands on deck.
