Beginnings

Are you the parent of a child 0-5 years old?

Are you looking for a group to share joys and concerns with?

You have come to the right place.  Our group,Beginnings, is focused toward parents of small children.

We have two different types of gatherings.  First, we have some educational sessions based on topics group members have suggested.   Second, we have some parent-child spiritual events where crafts are pre-made for you and your child to create, stories and songs are shared.

If you are looking for a community with children your own age and a place to share, ask questions and have fun– come and join us.

This year, in the midst of the pandemic, Beginnings has taken a different shape.  We are calling all parents of children together for monthly virtual meetings through Zoom to check in and connect.

covid 19 update

What you see here is a description of what life looked like at St. Mary’s before the pandemic, providing a flavor of who we are during normal times.

We believe that it is our duty to care for one another as children of God. During this difficult time of pandemic, that belief, and the direction of the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota, will guide decisions about whether and how we conduct activities at St. Mary’s.

THIS PAGE includes an explanation of the current status of St. Mary’s activities and community. Join us!
